When I say "everything," I mean it. From your primary doctor and specialists to your dental care, vision, and even your transportation to get there, it’s all covered and managed by one dedicated team.

The Goal: Staying Home, Not in a Nursing Home

The biggest fear I hear from my clients is the fear of losing their independence. No one wants to leave their home, their garden, or their neighbors to move into a nursing home.

Welbe PACE is specifically designed to prevent that. General Eligibility Requirements:

• You are 55 years of age or older.
• You live in a Welbe PACE service area (zip code check!).
• You meet the state’s requirement for nursing home level of care (but can live safely in the community with PACE support).
• You have Medicare, Medi-Cal, or both. (If you have both, the program is typically $0 out of pocket!)
